Hello,
My company applied for my H1B in 2020 and i got my approval in OCT 2020. In January 2021 my company got completely acquired by another company which changed the EIN of the company which applied for my H1B Visa but we are doing business with the same name.
I wanted to know if i need to file for an amendment of H1B?
