I got my H1B visa by Feb 2020. My Visa end is Jan 2021. Due to Covid-19 pandemic my travel plan on April is getting cancelled. I think it will take at least 6 months to recover from economic crisis. Will USCIS provide any option for this to extend the visa date?
You have a long way to go. Don’t worry, you can enter US as long you have valid US Visa and you have a job in US. Once you land in US, then you can apply for extension, your company would do it…Also, your count of 6 years starts from the day you enter US.
