Hi,

My Employer state they filled H1B Visa for me and they didn’t share application number with me which in case makes me think did they even filled h1B visa for me. Employer normally declare result in July which is way too late as per my knowledge. Could you please tell me what is the last date of H1 B visa lottery results ? and till when employers get notifications about the results ?

If selected, they should have received the receipt notice by now.

If not selected, rejection letter should be received by June end or early July (tentative). The rejection letter would have your name, and can be used as indication that your petition was really filed.
