Hi All,

My H1B petition got picked up in the lottery in April 2014.

Picked up in lottery - April 2014.

First RFE (Client Details)- June 29th 2014.

Employer Responded to RFE with SOW and Client Details - July 24th,2014.

RFE response reached USCIS and Status Changed to RFE Response Review in USCIS site on - July 3st, 2014

Second RFE - Got a mail on Aug, 22nd 2014 from USCIS -

“On August , 2014, we mailed a notice requesting additional evidence or information in this case I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER. …”

My Employer din’t get the details regarding the second RFE. What are the chances of my H1B petition getting approved.

Hi Vijay,

There may be a situation is like if your current visa is going to expire within 30th Sep 2014.In that case they would like to know your visa status till 30th Sep 2014,if you are applied for current visa extension then you have to provide the extension petition documents.Even your H1b is approved that should be valid from 1st Oct 2014.

mine is exactly the same case. got 2nd rfe on 22 aug 2014. in the 1st rfe, was asked to submit sow and client details. its in 2n rfe and my employer has not received the copy the yet. is there a hope of getting thru the 2nd rfe or will it be gone…?

Have the 2nd RFE documents reached your employer. If so please update me.

My 2nd RFE copy has not yet reached my employer.

No, it has not reached my employer yet…! Please update here, if you get to know about the details or if your employer receives the 2nd RFE copy.

Hi Pramod,

My Employer has replied back to the 2nd RFE and currently the status is RFE Response Review. They din’t say what the RFE is about. They themself replied back to the RFE. I still din’t get any mail from USCIS. Lets hope for the best.

What happened to your Visa Pramod. You got it approved ?
