Hello , recently I got a RFE saying that field of work status is till 2019 December, and right now I am in EAD(2021) , so what shall I do , either to with draw the application and file next year , because if I go with the current RFE , the client states that I would work till DEC2019, that would decrease my visa validation , so how should I proceed

Yes , it’s my first time H1b , the reason I was asking this because same thing was happen to one of friend , and he got only one month h1b
Well, it can be a tricky decision. The chances of getting H1B are much lower because of lottery in future…I know many who applied for 5 times and never been lucky. It is a wise idea to take H1B and then move to other company or file extensions. The validity you get on H1B does not matter, you can always file extensions…
