I have valid visa stamp with my current employer till July, 2021. I am planning to initiate a transfer and join new company. After this, I am also planning to visit India. Will I be able to come back based on recent Trump travel ban? Also, am I eligible for dropbox as I am not sure whether I am part of exception or not?
Yes as long your return is within JULY 2021 you are good. Change of employer and the VISA employer name shouldnt cause any problem unless you have all the paper works approved/valid for your new employer (Petitions, LCA, paystubs, etc). Your visa is a gateway till it expires but make sure you have the valid petition matching to your current employer in POE.
