Hi,
I have H1B filed by employer ‘A’ with Consular processing and my petition is approved on july 22 nd 2014. Now I’m in US on my H4 and got offer from employer ‘B’. I’m planning to use my approved H1B and get it transferred to employer ‘B’.
since the approved H1 is stil not active till Oct 1st 2014 and do not have any paystubs,I’m wondering whether my new employer ‘B’ can file H1B transfer along with COS before oct 2014 since the old H1B was approved with consular processing .
