h1b transfer without payslips immediately after landing in US

Hi all,

I got my h1-b stamped with company A in sept 2014…my employer started circulating my resume showing 2 years of US

Experience before my landing in US just to analyse the job market…while doing this i got a very good offer for permanent
Position from company B and thinking that im in US they called me for final round of face to face interview. Im planning to come to US in feb 2015 for this interview. So my question is

(A)is it possible to transfer my visa from company A to company B as soon as i land there?

(B)will i be requiring pay slips from company A for the transfer as i have never worked with them?

©will the company B has to face any legal issues for transfer if they hire me?

Pls reply soon as im very keen to join this company…

PlS HELP

Each time you claim that you have worked in US AND also you are inside US, you may end up in the need to prove that you were paid(means, paystubs). If your Company B can approve your appointment and initiate your H1 transfer before you have entered into US, they can do this without the paystubs. But if they need to initiate the transfer only after you have arrived to US, they would ask for paystubs for transfer.

So, you better talk to the legal folks of the company B and tell them that the company A never ran the paystubs for an unknown reasons. If they are okay only you shold proceed further with the offer. If not, you may land in embrassing situation of getting final approval and not being able to join them.
