H1b Transfer without I797 approval notice with just receipt no

Hi Saurabh,

I applied h1b from one indian mncin 2013 and it got approved(stamping was not done & case expires date is 31-dec-2014). Can i use this application to file new application or can i transfer this application to another organization. Please carify?

I got only my h1b reciept no from my oragnization and they are not ready to share any APPROVAL DOCS.

when check the latest status it was showing like below,

Revocation Notice Was Sent

On October 1, 2014, we revoked the approval of your case, Receipt Number EAC13-------, and mailed you a revocation notice. It explains the reasons for our action. Please follow the instructions in the notice and submit any requested materials. if the H1b was approved in 2013, you must have the approval notice right? You may use that approved petition number for H1b transfer. It does not matter what it say now. Just have the previous approved (even though unused) notice number and a copy of it, to bypass the cap. You can get your H1 transfered to the new employer.
