Can we do transfer h1b without payslips? USCIS can accept transfer ?
My employer paid tax for last 2 months but not provided payslips . My future h1b company attorney said payslip not mandatory.
Anybody have any experience?
Are you saying your employer generated payroll, paid payroll taxes but no actual salary?
