H1B- Transfer with Stampping

Hi Team,

Please help me , I am working with company B and while working i applied company A (kind of consultancy ) H1B and its approved and Stamping also done. My Present company B is now ready to send me on H1B.

my question is

  1. My Transfer will possible after stamping without traveling to US

  2. Again i have to go for Visa interview.

Please help me on this

Thank you JathinB, Now my company B ask me to apply internal openings for desired location. One of my Relative staying in CA on H1B . he says without travelling US transfer is not possible and its USCIS rule. Could you please help on this
