H1B transfer with one month paystub

I got my H1B approved on Dec 2015 and came to US on Apr 2016.

For the first month i.e April month I did not have my payslip but for this month i.e May I am going to get my payslip. Can I initiate my H1B transfer with another full time employer?

After the H1B transfer started do I need any kind of help/information from old employer which is not going be provided?

Why you dont have Payslip for April?

As per my understanding you can transfer your H1 now to new employer without any issues.

  • NO , just give him 2 week courtsey notice or notice as per your contract if you have any before quitting.
