H1B transfer with multiple companies

Hello ,

Its would be greatful if some one could help me on the below scenario .

5 days back I have joined with B company and today I.e 22nd July 2016 my H1B transfer get approved, now I got another good offer with company C . now they are going to file my another LCA on 25th july 2016 based on my company A H1B petition , can any one tell me is this going to any issues in my visa process?

C can initiate cap-exempt petition (aka H-1 transfer) process for you. You can submit an approved petition as proof of having made through the cap and recent payslips to show that you have been maintaining legal status in US.
