H1B Transfer query

Hi,

I’m in H1B visa with consultant, came US two months back and looking for job. They have not paid for me till now -say will do shortly. Still I didn’t get any interviews arranged as well by employer (am looking for Opportunities myself).

My ques -

Can I transfer H1B if I get full time opportunity without pay stubs (or if required how many)…

Also, have signed bond to stay here for few yrs or have to pay considerable amount.

I dont know what to do now, pls advice.

Since you are being in US on H1 status, your future employer may ask for the pay stubs for the period that you are on H1 status to file(transfer) your next H1.
