As I was in India during travel, I went for visa stamping at Hyderabad. I scheduled my interviews for June 26th and 27th.
On June 26th 2014, I went through bio-metrics appointment which went fine.
On June 27th 2014, I had my visa interview at 12 which ended at 12:15. Below are key points:
1. Good Morning, please pass me your passport and I797.
2. So, you are going to work for ******
My new company is huge so no further questions or documents were asked
3. What is your role ?
4. What is your current salary?
5. What will be your new salary?
In between questions, the lady asked me to place my fingers on the finger print machine for verfication.
At end she gave me I797 back and said your visa is approved , bye bye mam.
Later I received email to collect my passport on 30th June. My sincere advice to all is that when you follow the law and work accordingly, you will be successful.
