H1b Transfer pending with RFE need to travel to India, have a stamp till july 2015

Hi All,

Heres my current situation

  1. I have a valid H1b stamp on my passport for company A till July 2015

  2. Transfer has been filed for Company B for which i have already started working and have a RFE on it

  3. Need to go to Home country to attend a wedding.

questions

  1. will I be allowed to enter at the port of entry?

  2. If so what document do i need to carry?

  3. whats the worst case?
