I’m currently outside USA(haven’t travelled even once) and My h1b petition(may 2014) which was at petition approved status(not stamped even once) was recently withdrawn/revoked by employer A and revocation notice was sent (no fraud). Can employer B file a ‘new cap-exempt’ petition with approval copy I797 of revoked petition?
