I have a valid approved petition till 31 Dec 2017 from employer A, but as there were no opportunities with employer A. I left employer A but petition is not been withdrawn yet, now I am getting calls form consultancies and they are saying I can travel to US with my old petition viz with employer A. Once I reach US consultancy will initiate my visa transfer process. Is it safe and legal? If not what is the correct procedure through which I can travel to us with other employer or consultancy? since premium processing is suspended is there any chance by which any other employer or consultancy file my new petition with such a short valid period viz 31 Dec 2017
