I am currently with Company A and planning to change to Company B. I got my H1B in the year 2008 Lottery. But I traveled to US first time in the year 2010. And again traveled back to India in between. I have not utilized my H1B till now for all 6 years. Below is my Travel Details till now with the number of days stayed in the US.
I have my extension with the current company A till oct 2018. Is it not possible to get my H1B transferred to company B now. And once I join Company B will I not be able to apply for GC. Could someone please help me with this situation.
