Hello Saurav and Team,

How many months of pay slips are required for H1B transfer ? Is there a mandatory rule on this ? Are there any cases where the transfer got rejected when they provided pay slip for only one month ?..Can we provide an off shore payslip ?

Depends how long you have been in US on H-1. If you have been for less than 3 pay periods, then all those pay slips are required. If you have been for more than 3 pay periods, then at least 3 most recent payslips are required.

W-2 may also be required depending upon your case.
