I am currently on H1B with a profit organization from 1 year. I had an offer from non profit and planning to transfer my visa from profit company A to non profit B. So would this change automatically change my transfer to non-exempt?
Will that create any problem if I had to transfer my visa again to any other profit companies? Greatly appreciate any help
