H1B transfer for Dependants

Hi Am in US and right now am moving to another employer, my family is in India and they got H4 and yet to travel to US.

If my H1b is transferred, is it necessary for my family to go for a another stamping before they travel?

Or they can still travel with the old Visa?

Please help. Thanks!!!

They probably need to reapply, the employers name is mentioned on the visa,and it needs to updated

they need not travel for visa interview etc,application can probably be done at a VFS etc.
