Company A in USA filed H1B and picked in lottery and received RFE and respinded and currently it is processing.
Currently I m working in an MNC in India and this company is willing to apply for H1B (in March 2018) for me.
Is it possible to transfer the H1B from company A to current company in India even before my petition is approved which is currently under processing??
FYI: I never been to USA and don’t hold any VISA for USA as of now.
