H1B Transfer Denied..old employer petition still valid...can I move back to old employer

Hi,

I started working for new employer B on basis of receipt number for H1B transfer. Now if my transfer petition gets rejected, can I move back to my old employer A. Old employer A petition is still valid for another one year?

You can go, no issues if its not revoked. Make sure you have all the docs like paystubs and receipt from Emp B
