H1B Transfer approved on old I-94

Hi,

I have valid visa from Company A till next year. I applied for transfer to company B, and went to homecountry for urgent family work. I also got my Visa stamped and got new I-94 (from company A) when entered US again.

Now, my H1B transfer is approved, but it is approved on old I94. Is my H1B transfer Valid? If not what do I have to do?
