H1B Transfer and H4 filed together. H4 receipt recieved

HI,

My H1B Transfer and H4 peitions were filed on Marhc 20 through rehular processing. I have fedex confirmation that they received the documents on March 20. I received the H4 receipt on March 24. But My emplyer says he has not received H1b receipt yet. Its been 3 weeks as of today. Is this something to worry about?

It may have been delayed due to start of new fiscal filing. Once it has passed 30 days, ask your employer to follow-up w/ USCIS.
