I recently got laid off and my 60days grace period ended on dec17th . My new employer (company A) transfer process took a while and filed the transfer on dec 21st on regular processing. Meanwhile i got another offer from company B and they filed my H1 transfer on 22nd January .
With covid and travel restrictions , layoff and going out of business , did anyone has the similar scenario and any inputs on how USCIS will see the minor gap of 5 days after 60 day graceperiod ?
