I got my H1B stamped for 10 months and my stamping is going to expire. I got a call from a US consultancy for onsite opportunity for which I have to pay premium transfer amount. Same time I am giving interview in India. I got an offer in one company and they are planning to extend my H1B and in future and they have plan for onsite(may be).
What should I do? Should I give them the transfer USICS amount of around 85K INR and go to US or change the job in INDIA and wait for onsite?
