H1b TAL. List of Countries

Hi All,

I heard there are list of countries where in Consulate/USCIS will get into details of TAL. Like guy had worked in some specific countries which Consulate/USCIS want to examine the case in details

Please provide list of countries /or point to where should I look for .

There is no publicly available list. It’s anyone’s guess. I would assume countries with weak IP safeguards will be on top of the list.
