My employer said that they courrier the H1B documnets on 11th Jun 2012.USCIS got on 12th jun 2012.But they have not got documents returned niether any updates.
what will be the situation.if it USCIS not accept documents then should it return immediately.
According to the notification,USCIS will not consider petitions received after June 11 as such your petition will be returned. Due to the last minute rush it could be a couple of weeks before your petition is returned.
