I got H1B approved in oct 2014. But i did not got any Job yet. Still searching. Let me know if there is any issue? Do i need to run my payroll soon?
Approval of H1B doesnt hurt either employee or employer. But when such employee is brought into United States with the H1 status, the employer and employee MUST maintain the employer-employee relationship(paying salary, benefits, getting the defined work done as per the H petition etc). If not, both employer and employee would be in trouble. Your payroll must be running from the date(at least in a couple of days) of your entry into US on H1 status.
