Hi I Came to US on H4 dependent visa and after coming here I filled for h1 and it got approved. when I got the job I applied for the amendment and it got revoked on 04/25/2017
Here my question is right now I am on which visa do I directly pointing dependent visa once it got revoked or do I need to apply again for H4
And my employer is not ready to share revocation notice to me. So, do I need revocation notice for filling H4 dependent visa now.
