H1B status just moved from IR to RFE after along wait

Hi Saurabh/Everyone,

I got an info from my cmp that by H1b status changed to RFE on Sep 19th and it would take 30 days for receiving the hard copy, after that only they could reply and time line for it is 80 days And USCIS has 90 days for response back.

If this is the time lline,

Is it H1 B approval will take another 4 to 5 months of sure for next move to whether approval/denial.(i.e around Jan/Feb 2014)

Depending on your inputs only I have take a decison on assigning for a project.

My employer has received my RFE details docs in 10 days.

RFE can be received from anytime from 1 week to 1 month … i received in 14 days…
