H1B states the status approval is between 4/15/2019 to 11/30/2020. However, employment was severed on 11/23/2019. Employer did not notify USCIS, and I was unable to secure new employment as of today 3/26/2019. Am I still in lawful status until the 11/30/2020 date as approved? With the borders closed, I fear that every day that I am in U.S. could cause a problem. Any advice?
