Complete another DS-160 form with updated information. Carry both old and new DS-160 forms to your biometrics appointment and request the person to swap the old w/ new.

If (1) doesn’t work ask the biometrics person to update the receipt number in your old DS-160 form

If (2) doesn’t work, then carry new 797 to interview and explain the situation to visa officer. He should be able to grant visa on the basis of extended 797.
