Hello Friends,
I just recently got H1B approved in october. I am planning to go for visa stamping in India. I work in a small biology lab company with only 13 employees. My salary is just above the LCA prevailing wage, less than 42k. I have masters degree in biology from US. Would any of you had any problem during stamping or heard from your friend that small company with less salary caused denial in visa stamping?
Please give me your thoughts. I am really confused and worried. Your help might give me lot of strength to go back home.
