I’m currently in US and my H1B petition got approved in July 2020.
I started seeing posts of people getting h1b stamped in India. Is it true?
Also I saw a June date mentioned in presidential proclamation, since I don’t have a valid visa In June 2020, can I still go to India for stamping now?
Finally, if anyone goes to India now for stamping, are there any issues at port of entry?
There is a lot of confusion on these so any help is greatly appreciated!!
