Hi,
I had to travel to India With family due to medical emergency. I am not elegible for waiver as i dont have any US born kids. I initially had my dropbox scheduled in July, but had to prepone my travel due to emergency and now am stuck in India with Consulate closed. Has anybody had any experience travelling to any other country for stamping and then entering USA after staying there for 14 days.
