Applying H1B Visa, does my Bussiness visa help to get easy to get H1B,
since i have a plan to reissue my passport which is holding Bussiness visa stamping
Is it good to issue password after the H1B stamping
Business visa and H1B visa are independent and doesn’t influence the other.
what do you mean by re-issue a passport? Renew it? Doesn’t matter. It depends on in which passport you want your H1B to be stamped. DS 160 should have the passport details of what passport you will give at consulate for stamping.
BTW - when you go for renewal of passport, your current passport becomes void for future visa stamping. But you will need to carry all the passports all the time when you travel/ go for stamping.
(B1 in the old passport will still be valid till its expiry irrespective of passport expiry date)
