My Petition for H1b is approved for year 2013-2014. It is an In house project as mentioned by employer in petition. What all documnents are required and What type of interview questions can be expected while stamping. Please suggest
For in-house program they might ask why not L1 and why H1 visa. Be ready to answer that.
