H1B Stamping clarifications though petition was approved

Hi,

Warm greetings. Thanks for you time.

I came to US in 2013 May through L1B visa by an employer “A”. In parallel, I applied H1B visa (before may 2013, when i was in India) through another employer “B” and the petition was approved during 2013 Cap after RFE.

After H1B petition was approved, the L1B to H1B - change of status process was also approved after RFE again, and i am currently working under H1B employer “B” payroll process through H1B visa.

I am planning to go for a vacation to India, and i need to go for H1B stamping to come back after vacation though the petition was approved.

Could you please clarify my questions below?

1. Do you see any issues/concerns in my above case (L1B to H1B change of status from employer “A” to employer “B”) while going for H1B stamping?

2. If Yes, your advice would be best for my next steps.

3. May i know the list of documents i need to carry while i am going for H1B stamping though petition was approved?

4. Currenly i am working for employer “B” (H1B Holder) to a client though mulitple vendors in between.

[End Client --> Vendor A --> Vendor B --> My employer --> My self ]

Do we need any letters from the end client which i am working for, though i’m full time employee of current H1B employer?

5. Are there any risks or chances for stamping rejection in going for H1B visa interview, having mulitple layers of vendors b/w my company and end client?

6. If yes, please advice to prepare for the next steps.

Thank you in advance for your suggestions and advice.

I hope this will help. Other members of this site may add in the document list.

Thank you so much for your time and valuable inputs!
So my understanding is, if the documents are clear then we will pass through H1B Visa stamping interview process.

  1. In worst case, what could be the scenario if they reject in stamping?
  2. If they reject, they might give some time for our employer to response for the requested questionnaire? or they simply reject so that i cannot travel to US with this approved H1B petition?
  3. What are all the main reasons for rejection in H1B VISA stamping process though the petition was approved?

I am afraid of the stamping process. Please advice. Thanks again!
