I recently changed my employer from a big Indian IT company to a medium size US based company. My earlier role in H1b was Computer programmer and have been workin in that role for big Indian IT company for nearly 4-5 years in USA. Now, my role is Computer and Information Systems Manager for the new medium size US based company ( current employer ). And, i have been working in this role and employer for past 3 months…
Now i will be attend the PA in chennai consulate. Would there be any challenges to have my visa stamped due to a different role and also any serious questions asked? Concern is they might ask u were developer/progreammer all these days, how come u became manager all of a sudden… Please suggest. Any precautions/preparations i should take? I was performing manager activities earlier and have done certifications in it
