My visa got approved as COS from L1B to H1B when I was in US and I have the approved petition. In the mean time, we applied for the COS from L2 to H4 for my wife when she was in US and it got denied.
Now, we both are back in India. She is 35 weeks pregnant and we will be having a baby by this month end. Is it advisable for me to go for visa stamping before she goes or should I wait till her delivery is over and go along with the baby? I was seeing in one of the website, that if you are a family, then the visa interview is to be scheduled together.
What is the chance of getting a questionaire during the visa stamping process (when appeared alone and when appeared along with the family)?
Will there be any questionaire while going for visa stamping?
