I am struggling to get the H1B stamping date at London Consulate as current date is available for Sep 2021. I am an Indian citizen, working on Work Permit in the UK. Can i go to Abu Dhabi or Paris for stamping my H1B? Is there a risk or its normal as i am not getting the stamping dates
