From similar queries people have raised similar ti mine i got clarity on few things but still below are the doubts pertaining to my status. Kindly kelp me with the same.
My H1B visa was approved in 2014 under cap exemption. I work with an MNC and they could not help me find an opportunity in the location that I requested for. Hence now i am planning to resign and travel with my husband in H4.

Read in the forums that the H1B petition revoke request could be placed with USIC by my employer, in this case would i get an intimation of my visa status from someone?

If my petition is revoked or cancelled am i still eligible for cap exemption?

If I travel in H4 visa and plan to join another company in another 4 or 5 months would i be considered in cap exemption still or is there a time frame within which i have look for a job and apply for H1
