I have my H1b picked in April 2016. Later got my first RFE in August for which employer (consultancy) submitted requisite docs in December 2016. After which, the status was changed to Response to USCIS request for evidence was received. In June 2017 after a long wait I got my status changed to Notice explaining USCIS was mailed. My employer has submitted docs and after a month in July 2017 staus changed Response to USCIS request for evidence was received. Im not sure, as the whole ordeal has more than a year by now. Is it due to come non engineering background and working in IT systems engineer? I have more than 9 years of experience and ina very niche skill. What are the chances of getting approved,? Please Help !!
