Hi I am from mumbai. My cousin came to India in October and went for second visa renewal stamping. His visa is valid till Sept.2013 but he was told that it is compulsory to go for stamping. They have kept my cousin onhold now .Its under administrative processing since 4 months. He is working there and his career is getting hampered now. Also his green card process has started. What should we do ? Pls guide.
