My Case is under RFE review since 21st June …
On Oct 17 , 2012 , After talking to USCIS amy attorney found that -
" The case is clearly outside the normal processing time. An inquiry was placed on the case and we were told it should be resolved within 10-14 days. The tracking number for the inquiry is ETC-291-1200-***-CSC
Given that this time period is shorter than premium processing service, I suggest that we wait right now, rather than filing premium processing request. "
Its almost 15 days ..not update ..Please tell me what is this inquiry ...when I will get the status ..
