H1B RFE Response

Hi, please help

Employer applied H1B in April under regular processing (New application, India)

Got RFE on July 21, 2015. Now i want to file it under premium as i have noticed and heard that it will take atleast 3-4 months for a response from USCIS.

Is it a good idea to opt for premium after RFE? Or is it risky or raise any negetive concerns from USCIS about my H1B?

It won’t change the outcome of the petition, but will speed-up the process. Once RFE response is submitted, USCIS will process the petition within 15 calendar days (if it’s PP).
