Hi, My case was selected in lottery in May and in june 10 it went to RFE. My employer sent the documents and the case is in RFE response review from Sep 11. My employer faced same situation for another H1b case where it was denied.But he asked me to be confident with my case since he has submitted all the required documents which is asked for. My question is, how much chance for my case getting approved or will the rejections happen to most of the cases the employer filed for. Please give some suggestions.
